Piero-what?

Quote from a friend yesterday: "This is one of those times that I wish I were a cow and had multiple stomachs."

Jes really wanted to make pierogi. But the recipie makes a lot, so we invited four extra people over for supper. Jes started working on them at 2:00 to have them ready for a 5:30 supper. We were still making them at 7:00. Lots and lots of pierogi. PTL! for KT and her two roommates who came at the last minute, bringing more flour for dough and more mouths to eat the dozens of pierogi.

The piergo were good. And plentiful. And so was the fellowship.
